The azaleas are in peak bloom and this gorgeous spring weather has me dining al fresco almost every day. If you’re like me you’re also drinking al fresco.
Maybe it’s the sunshine or the hope in the air with vaccines, but I’m inspired to try (and make) a bigger variety of cocktails this season. Hopefully, I can share them with some friends, too.

Ceviche’s El Conejito
In early April, Ceviche’s shared a photo of this fun cocktail made with locally-distilled Blue Shark Vodka. The El Conejito has freshly squeezed lime and pineapple juice and homemade spicy simple syrup.

End of Days Distillery showed off this fun rum drink, announcing their popular Castle Street Mojito is now available as a strawberry mint mojito. Enjoy their Port of Entry Rum, fresh strawberries, mint, and raw sugar.
